The Dunwoody Forest Neighborhood Association, Inc., is a registered not-for-profit Georgia corporation. We are governed by a Board of Directors, all nine of whom are elected by our Members. Directors serve staggered two year terms for continuity of leadership.

Officers of the organization are appointed annually by the Board of Directors. Officers and Directors are volunteers, and neither group received compensation for their service.
